Actor Vince Colosimo appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court today via videolink about a warrant from Fines Victoria against him for failing to pay more than 160 fines.
Colosimo will seek counseling as he seeks to place himself in the best position to pay off more than $65,000 in unpaid fines.
Attorney Julia Munster said Colosimo only recently received funding from Legal Aid for its legal representation.
He told the court he was arranging a consultation and working hard to put himself in a better position but needed two months to do so.
No Victoria sheriff’s attorneys were in court today.
Colosimo will return to court on July 13.
