Todd McKenney and Mark Wilson will return to panel for dancing with the Starsjoined by the former 10 dwt extension judges Sharna Burgess and Craig Revel Horwood.
Helen Richey told the Sunday Herald Sun she was taking time out to care for her husband Robert, following a health issue.
“I enjoyed being a part of it dancing with the Stars Since the show’s inception in 2004,” she said, “I’ve been terribly disappointed I can’t be on this season, but family comes first.
“Robert and I will be watching from home and wish all the contestants good luck with their turn on the dance floor.”
Paul Mercurio is also out after becoming a Victorian Labor MP.
Australian-born judges Sharna Burgess and Craig Revel Horwood both appeared on 10 seasons of dwt extension in 2019 and 2020, also produced by BBC Studios (and Warner Bros TV).
Seven last week announced the return of the cast including Charlie Albone, Christie Whelan Browne, Issa Schultz, Mary Coustas, Matt Preston, Paulini and Virginia Gay with presenters Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger.
