Seven networks led the Saturday night viewing of the Coronationamidst tough competition.
Analyzing the numbers given different markets and coding is challenging, but the Seven network won the night with a 31.7% share compared to ABC’s 25.2%, Nine’s 23.0% and 16.0% % of 10.
According to OzTAM Seven attracted up to 739,000 tube spectators, but there were another 74,000 on 7TWO in Melbourne as AFL took precedence over the main channel.
Nine drew 558,000 + 156,000 on 9GEM.
ABC pulled 462,000 for the Service and 225,000 on ABC News. 10 managed 276,000.
Seven won a week that proved challenging for 10 after they held on Master Chef plans, following the sudden death of Jock Zonfrillo.
