MKR tops entertainment Thank God You’re Here leads demos

MKR widened the gap over the competition last night scoring 622,000 metro viewers for Seven.

That was comfortably ahead of The Block (526,000), Thank God You’re Here (463,000 which topped all demos), 7:30 (397,000) and Hard Quiz (402,000).

But viewing numbers dropped considerably thereafter.

Mother & Son was 282,000 then WTFAQ (235,000), Luxe Listings Sydney (190,000), Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers (181,000), Unbelievable Moments Caught On Camera (164,000).

Seven network won Wednesday with 32.6% then Nine 27.4%, 10 16.8%, ABC 16.1% and SBS 7.1%.

Seven News was #1 at 862,000 / 846,000. The Chase was 499,000 / 305,000 then Home & Away (428,000). The Latest was 120,000.

Nine News (761,000 / 755,000) was best for Nine with A Current Affair at 664,000. Hot Seat pulled 330,000 / 184,000. A Davis Cup broadcast drew 37,000 across the network.

The Project drew 299,000 / 184,000 for 10. 10 News First was 217,000 / 154,000. Five Bedrooms was 111,000. A late night 3 hour broadcast of the MTV VMAs averaged 30,000.

ABC News scored 544,000. The Drum (129,000) and Starstruck followed.

On SBS it was SBS World News (127,000 / 108,000), Michael Mosley: Secrets of the Superagers (118,000), Mastermind (62,000), Keeping Hope (44,000) and Wolf (TBA).

Pffirates led multichannels at 92,000.
