Matt Preston retired last night Dancing with the Stars, losing his place in the competition and allowing first AFL player Gavin Wanganeen to continue and avoid the weekly dance.
Preston has struggled with injury since his first day of practice.
“I liked everything about it. My ankle is cooked. I can’t dance again tonight,” she told hosts Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger.
“What I want to do is concede and give the win to Gavin and Meghan who danced brilliantly today. I’m so proud to do this for you brother.
In the meantime At home and away from homeEmily Weir received a standing ovation and a perfect score of 40 from the judges.
