Tom Cruise has been busy chatting to the Australian media this week about his new movie, which is getting rave reviews.
Of course it’s all a little friendlier than a 60 minutes chat hosted by Peter Overton in 2005, when a question about his private life prompted Cruise to famously tell him to “put your manners back on.”
Overton later explained on the Kyle and Jackie O show in 2020: “I just kept who I am and didn’t get angry. He did. And I stayed true to myself and said that’s a fair question.
“I have no hard feelings against Tom. It was one of those moments.”
