11222 Dilling Street Studio City was used as exterior shots for the iconic sitcom in its original run from 1969 to 1984, but was purchased by the owners by HGTV in 2018 for a series of renovations. A very Brady makeover featured six original cast members, Maureen McCormick, Eve Plumb, Susan Olsen, Barry Williams, Christopher Knight, and Mike Lookinland, revamping the interiors to match the original sets at Paramount’s Soundstage 5.

The network spent $1.9 million to transform the house to look like “4222 Clinton Way” while also adding a second story to the home originally built in 1959.

The LA Times reports it an online list invites buyers to “own a piece of pop culture history” and displays images of its detailed and exquisite 5,000-square-foot interior, which includes five bedrooms and bathrooms.

HGTV said the house will come with “a lot of its own content, including custom pieces like the green floral living room sofa and sideboard with a 3D printed horse sculpture.”

It is reportedly the second most photographed house in the United States after the White House.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale “will help provide up to 250,000 meals for Turn Up! Fight hunger.”

But remember, if you become the lucky buyer, Mom always said, “Don’t play ball in the house!”
