Mvskoke Women's Leadership Initiative (MWLI) Awards set for March 27, 2010
Mvskoke Women's Leadership Initiative was established in March 2009 to bring Mvskoke women of all ages together to fellowship and celebrate the richness of our Mvskoke culture. MWLI is proud to present the 2010 Mvskoke Women's Leadership Awards. The awards are to recognize and honor the strength of who we are as Mvskoke women.
Please see the attached nomination form to nominate a Mvskoke Woman for one of the following:
- Woman of the Year
- Mother of the Year
- Artist of the Year
- Educator of the Year
- College Student of the Year
- High School Student of the Year
- Middle School Student of the Year (6th - 8th grade)
- Elementary Student of the Year (1st - 5th grade)
Information:
- Selected awardees will be notified by March 5th
- Awards will be presented on March 27th at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Capital
- Selection will be based on a point system with 3 judges and an independent tabulator
